Alternatives:

Ummm...
Write numbers on your plates or 'lilypads'.

Scatter them about within jumping distance.
​
Ask your little frog to jump to the numbers that you call out.
​
Variations and ways to extend:

Use coloured card instead of numbers and jump to certain colours.
-
Line the plates up and see how far your child can jump.
